PROJECT
The Transurban Group fitout projects consists of:
- 3,315m2 tenancy fitout over three levels in 300 George Street in the Brisbane CBD
- 1,469m2 tenancy fitout in the existing Airport Link Operations Centre (ALOC)
- 811m2 tenancy fitout in the existing Clem 7 Operations Centre (CLEM7)
- New Rubik Traffic Management Centre (RUBIK TMR) and Traffic Control Room (TCR) within ALOC
- New Alternative Traffic Control Room (ATCR) within CLEM7
SPECIAL ENGINEERING FEATURES
- A dedicated tenant’s chilled water system was designed for the 300 George Street training floor supplementary air conditioning systems to cater for the variability in occupancy and the associated outdoor air requirements.
- The lighting installation in the traffic control room is provided with a sophisticated control system with Circadian Rhythm algorithms, whereby the intensity and/or colour of the artificial light source is automatically adjusted to correlate with time of day.
