PROJECT
Murdoch Health & Knowledge Precinct is located 12km south of the Perth CBD, it will be a hub for Aged Care, Medical, Education, Retail, Commercial, Hotel and Residential. Aegis Aged Care Group will be developing their new high rise aged care building. There will be approximately 150 aged care suites, food and beverage tenancies and offices throughout.
