The development at 1-5 Hurstmon Street is a four-level residential building consisting of 39 two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as a multi-level basement carpark. Landream’s recently completed 1,800 sqm site is an amalgamation of three existing lots in leafy Malvern East. The development incorporates sustainable design and construction features as well as rammed earth feature columns along the Hurstmon Street façade.
