PROJECT
Cirque Apartments is a residential building compromising of 111 apartments, residential communal facilities such as pool, spa, sauna, gym, private dining, cocktail bar, theatre, lounge, BBQ, with a commercial tenancy on the ground floor.
Cirque was awarded winner of Best Multi-Unit Development $50-100 Million at the 2019 Master Builder-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards, and was also a finalist in the Bankwest Best Project Category.
SPECIAL ENGINEERING FEATURES
- The Stage 1 services design was documented to accommodate a second mirror tower on the common podium. The site infrastructure was sized and installed to allow for a simple extension under stage 2 works.
- The building includes a embedded metering system that meters the electricity, cold water and hot water to each apartment. The end user has the ability to view and understand their energy use in each apartment.
