OUR RECONCILIATION JOURNEY CONTINUES

Floth is proud to announce that our Reconciliation Action Plan – Innovate – has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia and is available to view on our and Reconciliation Australia’s website.

We would like to acknowledge the amazing artwork within the RAP by Indigenous artist Alkina Edwards. A bio about Alkina is available within the RAP.

The last two years have been an enlightening experience that we will never forget. The knowledge, understanding and experience we have gained is truly remarkable. We look forward to continuing our commitment to our reconciliation journey and advancing reconciliation within our workplace.

We would like to thank Reconciliation Australia for their feedback and guidance during the creation of both our Reflect and Innovate Reconciliation Action Plans, as well as our employees joining us on this journey to reconciliation.
