ELLENBROOK SHOPPING CENTRE ACHIEVES PRACTICAL COMPLETION

The $63m redevelopment of Ellenbrook Shopping Centre included an extension of the existing mall area, as well an expansion of the existing car park. The development included a Kmart flagship tenancy, as well as 20 new retail tenancies. Practical completion was achieved in July and the Centre is now open.
