WE ARE A “JUST ORGANISATION”

Did you know Floth is a “JUST Organisation” (Version 2.0) which is a social justice label through the International Living Future Institute (ILFI)?

Our JUST Social Justice Label opens the doors on our operations, including diversity, equity, employee wellness, as well as where we make our financial and community investments.

We’ve recently renewed our label and are proud to announce our retirement provision, training/education, and well-being scores have increased, with retirement provision and well-being reaching four stars!

The JUST program is a voluntary disclosure tool and transparency platform for organisations to disclose their operations, including how they treat their employees and where they make financial and community investments.

The label scores organisational and employee-related policies and data against a one to four-star social justice model, which is summarised on our label. The JUST label has helped Floth not only to improve our existing policies, but also to provide a roadmap of social justice indicators that we need to further enhance.

Receiving our JUST label and participating in this program provides us with a number of great benefits, including improved human resources policies and programs, as well as healthy workspaces that promote and provide.
